QUETTAR was published from 1980 to 1995 as the Bulletin of the Linguistic Fellowship of the Tolkien Society. This volume contains issues 21 to 30, published in 1984-1988, as well as Special No. 1 (The Writing Systems of Middle-earth) and Special No. 2 (Translations of The Hobbit).
